Hello! I have adored animals my whole life, but only recently did I find out I wanted to pursue a career that involves helping and taking care of them! I am currently enrolled at Brookdale Community College but I am working towards going to law school, dreaming of becoming an Animal Rights Lawyer! I love to volunteer at my local shelter whenever I can, while also volunteering at ASPCA where I advocate and push for the passage of certain animal protection laws! The passion I have for dogs (especially my senior pup) and other animals can’t be described in words but I can say that I am super duper delighted to meet all sorts of pup-parents and their own love for their pets!
Ruby
Marcela came to us this school year and she has been a godsend! I have a 120 lb. Cane Corso/Pitbull mix who probably outweighs Marcela! But Ruby loves Marcela so much. She showed her love, patience, and kindness and Ruby quickly warmed up to her new, daily dog walker. She greets Marcela with her wiggly nub and immediately flips over for some big belly rubs. I get a daily report of how successful the walk was and get great photos and videos, that even include funny props! My heart rests easy when I’m at work knowing Ruby is in great, loving hands!

Marcela is reliable, communicative, and genuinely gentle with our dog. He loves to see her and it gives me great peace of mind knowing my dog is in such kind hands. She also takes fantastic photos on their routes, which is a highlight of my day!
