Fees for All Services

Cancellation Fees:
-
Less than 24 hours’ notice: 50% of service price
-
24+ hours’ notice: 20% of service price

Holiday cancellations: Full payment is due. The day before, day of, and day after holidays are high-demand dates, so the fee equals the security deposit.

If a sitter arrives and is informed that the visit is canceled, the full service price will be charged

Once a trip begins, the full fee is due. No refunds for early returns.

Late Notice Fees:

Bookings made less than 24 hr: $5 per visit

Bookings made less than 2 weeks in advance for Overnight Care/Multiple Visits: $25

Exotic Animal Care: $5

Travel Fee: $2 per visit (applies if residence is outside the sitter’s service area)

Holiday Fee: $5 per visit/walk; $10 per night (applies the night before and the night of the holiday)

Why the Fees?

Our walkers/sitters are independent contractors, not salaried employees — they’re paid per walk/visit.

Accepting a booking means a walker/sitter has reserved that time slot for your pet and cannot accept other requests during that window.

Fees ensure fairness and respect for both our walkers/sitters’ time and the company’s commitment to reliable service.
Overnight Care / Multiple Visits
(Only in the Client's home)

Monday - Thursday night: $75

Friday - Sunday night: $90

Holidays: day before, day of, day after: additional $10

From: (~9:00pm)-(~7:00am) (includes bedtime walk/ backyard time, feeding, treats, filled water bowl, sleepover (extra love/cuddles), breakfast, walk/backyard time)

For additional walks/visits throughout the day please let Carly know the days, times, and services (1-hour or 30-minute walks/visits) you would like to schedule in addition to the overnight care.
