OUR PROCESS
Once your request is approved, we’ll schedule a complimentary 20-minute Meet & Greet with your designated Best Paw First team member(s).

After a successful Meet & Greet, you’ll receive an email invitation to create an account and download the Precise Petcare app, where you’ll securely enter your pet and home information, view your upcoming schedule, and request future services.

All scheduling approvals, invoicing, and payments are handled directly through the owner, Carly Kaplan Baldachino.
