Amy is very excited to be a member of the Best Paw First Team! She has spent much of her professional career in animal welfare and truly has a passion for all pets, but has a special soft spot for Beagles! After graduating with an MBA from Georgian Court University, Amy worked as an Operations Manager for Petsmart in stores in NJ and Oregon. She oversaw all safety standards for the pets and staff and could always be found helping dogs and cats in the grooming salon or handling chameleons. After Petsmart, Amy worked at the County Animal Shelter in Portland, OR where she helped reunite lost pets, assist with community  needs and take care of the animals that would stay at the shelter. After having two children, Amy and her husband packed up and moved back to NJ, where she has been working as a part time Data Researcher at Ocean County College and Full time mom. In Amy's free time, she does yoga, long distance running or spends hours in front of the TV. Amy also has a goal of writing a children's book about her cross country drives with her best boy Harry the Beagle, as she has pictures of Harry at Mt. Rushmore, Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Nashville, Pacific and Atlantic Oceans and so much more!
